This year, we’ve welcomed many new members to our community, and we would like to thank all new members for joining! To start off, we’d like to introduce our community partners:
Jinpoluo Farm is located in Miyun District, Xiwengzhuang Town, and is an eco-friendly farm focused on “food and agricultural education,” emphasizing hands-on farming experience. Jinpoluo has driven the development of the upgrading of eco-friendly agriculture in Jinpoluo village, along with becoming a “test field” for rural revitalization in Beijing.
Meanwhile, FROOT Farm is a farm started by Keystone student Bayan, some of his friends, and his family. FROOT Farm works on many things, not only producing organic produce throughout the year, but also taking care of a fair share of animals and experimenting with beekeeping.
Note: A small portion of the money earned from the Jinpoluo egg sales (¥2 per carton) will go to ProFarmer in order to support student projects and collaborations, and none of the money earned from the FROOT vegetable bags goes to us.
